The ebullating pump of the fluidized bed residue oil hydrogenation unit was successfully started up at one-time.

Recently, Hefei Huasheng Pumps & Valves Co., Ltd. has brought good news once again! The two ebullating pumps P-104 and P-105, which were specially designed by our company for Fuhaichuang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. for a 1.5 million tons/year fluidized bed residue oil hydrogenation unit, have undergone one month of installation and commissioning, and finally achieved a successful one-time start-up! All performance indicators have met the design standards, earning high praise from the customers and laying a solid foundation for the future deepening of cooperation between both parties.

Strict Requirements for Core Equipment

The ebullating pump is the "heart" of the 1.5 million tons/year fluidized bed residue oil hydrogenation unit and is a core equipment. The working conditions are high temperature, high pressure, with solid and gas content, which pose extremely high requirements for the stability and reliability of the circulating pump operation.

On-site Installation and Commissioning Successfully

After the equipment was delivered to the customer's site, the professional service team of Huasheng Pumps & Valves responded promptly and immediately entered the site to work with the owner, the design team, and the construction team to complete the installation and commissioning of the equipment. During the installation and commissioning process, the service team, with their technical skills and rigorous attitude, precisely set and repeatedly checked the parameters of the equipment. After more than ten days of continuous efforts, the unit was finally successfully put into operation on January 9, 2026.
